Order Processing

At Vitrix Kitchenware LLC, we carefully prepare each order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Please note that shipping time begins after the order has been dispatched and does not include the order processing period.

Tracking Information

Once your package has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout, when tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Address Changes

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.
